They have been thru at least 5 Director's, numerous Counselor's. The director that is there now has been there a little longer than the others. The counselor's also. The Dr in charge was a Family Dr. He has to call a Dr that has been in the Methadone clinic business for years, to deal with some clients who are on it for years. It's $12 a day for methadone and for Suboxone and the other treatments are much higher. They are there for the money not for helping the clients who work and are trying to do better with our lives. They give take-outs to people just to take them away for drug test that were not right. Including coming back without the Methadone in the UA screen when the ones that it has happened to are going everyday and take the meds in front of the nurses. And they do test for Marijuana, where as the other clinic's don't because too many people smoke it or use the oil. So they will won't count against you if you test positive for it. But, Dallas County Treatment Center do. They are just like the free clinic's, People who want to be treated with respect and dignity usually go to pay clinic's. This clinic is ok.
Staff are caring and respectful. They treat you right and genuinely care for their patients. There are 2 nurses, I'm always in and out quick! They set you up with a counselor as well. I'm glad I made the decision to come here! If your considering it... take my word this place will turn your life around, but only if you do your part.

The environment is peaceful, the Program Director is firm fair and consistent. I enjoy working here and the hours aren't bad if you have school or another job. -LOVE IT!
I have recently stated going here to get off the strong cocktail of pain medicine as I have a lot of medical issues from time in military service. The Dr. here is wonderful, very understanding and knowledgeable! The staff is amazing and treats you like you would want to be treated. I would refer this clinic to anyone seeking treatment. It is a joy to go to this clinic and not a hassle.
This is 5 stars as methadone clinics go..the staff are nice and fair...the dont make you feel less than like that blonde headed Debbie that runs the state funded clinics, she is responsible for many a ruined life!
This is my 2nd time period as a patient here and the staff are reasonably decent. They've never been rude to me but I could tell it could go there if I had a problem they didn't wanna deal with. The doctor is very nice and professional. My counselor William is especially kind and helpful. The price is high but cheaper than dope!
Great therapist in councillors Lauren is the best they have helped me through my addiction so much and a place you can tell they truly love their patients
Staff is very friendly and understanding. They show concern in your recovery. Dose prices are a bit high @ $11/day Edit: VERY STRICT NOW. DOSING IS AT $12 - STILL ONLY ONE NURSE. SEEMS LIKE THEY GET A NEW NURSE RIGHT AFTER THE NEW ONE STARTS GETTING A HANG OF IT AND CAUSES DOSING TO BE VERY SLOW. STAFF IS CHANGING ALL THE TIME.
